We will NOT take responsibility for any breakages or delivery issues that occur if you arrange your own courier. This includes deliveries that we send to cross border couriers.
Clients have to report all damages and order discrepancies within five business days to support@balitrading.co.za.
For the claim, we need your subject line to include the order number and type of credit claim, for example, damages, or items not received. In the email body, the quantities, correct Bali Trading product codes and photos. Photos, we request that we receive them on WhatsApp. The WhatsApp number we use is 071 868 8738
If the client has ordered Bali Trading products in error, the client will be liable to return the products to their courier account. Bali Trading will only approve the credit claim, once the Bali Trading products are received back in good quality.
Bali Trading will communicate with the client what the approved credit is. The credit amount will then be loaded onto the business website account to use on the next online order.
No stock will be credited or accepted back by Bali Trading after 30 days.
If you do not receive any communication back within two business days from sending your claim, please give us a call.
Bali Trading wholesale department working hours are Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00. We are closed Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
