Report Damaged / Faulty Items

Damages must be reported via email to support@balitrading.co.za within 5 working days from the date that the items were delivered.

NO EXCEPTIONS will be made in this regards.

Please include product codes, quantities, photos of breakages, photos of the boxes that contained the breakages as well as the DU number that is on the box that contained the breakages.

We will NOT take responsibility for any breakages of delivery issues that occur if you arrange your own courier.

This includes deliveries that we send to cross border couriers.
